AlexOnITIL's goal is simplify ITIL concepts and make it easy for people who don't have the time. Why, because when I started to learn ITIL, the Official ITIL books had an indifferent corporate tone with a lot of jargons and did not engage me. I found it to be complicated and boring and I was not alone.

I believe ITIL needs to talk a simple practical language so that everyone can relate and connect to it. I believe ITIL needs a dress down, and this is my attempt to change the (ITIL) world
